Default Supreme Court says federal courts cannot strike down partisan gerrymandering schemes

https://www.usatoday.com/story/news/...ps/1290693001/

Supreme court has ruled that federal courts cannot overturn partisan election maps. they are political affairs to get maximum advantage over a opponent.

that has put libs in a tizzy!!!

now from what I'm following this.

if plaintiffs file in federal court, on this, it might thrown out.

if plaintiffs file in state court, (see pennsylvania case) it likely will be upheld.

Today's dims -- i.e., the party that traces its origin back to Jefferson and Gerry's Democratic-Republicans -- be the one's complaining about "gerrymandering".
