Just my $.02, I've tried the mail order Viagra and Cialis, and they help for STIFFness, but do NOTHING for longevity. I tend to vary activities with penetration, followed by some DATY, more penetration in different position, DATY, and so on, to help me last longer.

Plenty of threads on this subject, try some searches, but all kinds of guys have all types of remedies.

Have you tried Rosie the day before or few hr's before appt & find a lady who will take her time with you
and slow things down . start playing with yourself more when you get close stop.. wait a 1-2-3 mins start over
keep doing this over and over .
learn how to pace yourself .. or just play with her for longer time till you can't handle it any longer.

Same as "Rosie Palms" = Masturbation ahead of time. Some guys see Rosie an hour or two or so before the appointment, to last longer during the appointment.

That was my first thought!! Yes, switching activities often can help you last longer! Makes for more interesting playtime as well!

Agreed. If I get close, it’s time to focus on other activities (DFK, DATY) to give the captain time to calm down. The longer I maintain, the better the finish.

I think you probably have the right doctor. Taking any medication when not really needed is not really advisable as ALL meds have potential side effects.

The meds are not really for delaying climax. They help facilitate getting blood to the proper place to get you ready. Premature finish not so much. For that I would think reading about your situation and learning various techniques would be more beneficial. You might even consider posting an ISO and seeking out ladies who specialize in helping guys learn to last longer. You will no doubt attract some scam artists but follow up research should help you filter through that and find some who can actually help.

Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitors often have the side effect of making ejaculation more difficult. However, more often than not the nerve parthways regrow. Whether the initial side effect, or the fact that it often temporary, is good or bad depends on the individual. But at the risk of stating the obvious, that's an off label use for an anti-depressant.

You can speak to a doctor about taking a low-dose SSRI if you actually have a premature ejaculation problem. As others have said, masturbate the day or two before. Maybe consider a lot of foreplay
