I use google voice, but Im running into the issue with I can"t label the different text streams!

If you log into google voice online, you can assign a name to a number and add it to your google contacts. Think there are three dots in the upper right hand corner. Clock that, and then click people, then the + sign. It’s a pain. But it makes it much easier to track conversations.

I have a single iPhone that I can, if so desired, call and text with 4 different numbers. I'm sure you can do the same with an Android phone.

Two of those numbers are GVoice. I use them primarily for text but, with a mouse click, can call from and to. Typing a text message on a computer is soooooo much easier than . . . tap, tap, tap, tap . . . . tap, tap . . . tap, tap, tap, tap, tap, tap . . .you git the idea.
