Class action suit against Jussie

Is there legal precedent to sue jussie(and the Empire franchise) for defamation, en mass?

There would be 2 reasons to do this.

1) It would make him poor, and eliminate an organization bent on proffering hate(It is unlikely he did this without chatting about it with his soulmates).

2) It would provide a vehicle for making the evidence of the crime and coverup see the light of day.

A lawyer could extract 10 million plus from this franchise, and Trump supporters could use their 2/3's cut for a grand party.
