Which would make perfect sense... 1AM booty calls don't allow for many screening options, unless you've already gone thru that process with said provider.

I meant to say do your research and figure out who is up late. There are several, I'm not going to drop names, you just have to find them. If one of those is not for you, then reach out to one that you do like and see if they will accommodate your time frame. You might find that the offering of an inconvenience fee could move things along.
