Are there any ATMs that give out $100 bills?

North Dallas Bank and Trust. Or at least the one in Plano near my work. Surprised the hell out of me when it spit out hundreds. Girl got a rounded up tip that day.

This is news to me, and I am a Chase customer. I always assumed that the limit was tied to an individual card and could be set differently for each person. I never tested that, though. When I was going to SC's a lot I thought it wise to live with the limit.

I also learned by experiment that your new day's allotment resets at midnight Eastern Time!

** Update Edit ** I found a FAQ at the Chase Web Site that says there is, indeed, a personal limit tied to your card. I need to check if mine can be increased. I also found an article that says they are updating their ATM experience, some ATMs allow you to choose the mix of bills, and that the $1000 per day limit applies to non-Chase-customers. Results of a short Web search, so I can't vouch for the accuracy of all this.

As Tara said, some of the Bank of America ATM's will let you choose the denomination and quantity of the bills you receive in your withdrawal. I know of one particular BOM ATM on NW Hwy. that dispenses $50's.

BOA has certain ATM's that will give $100 … they are the teller assist machines ( NO, you do not have to use the teller to get your $$$$$)

These 2 Bank of America ATMs do:

$200 will come in on $100 and 2 $50

$500 will come in two $100 and four $50 and five $20

It does it automatically.

It doesn't let you pick the denomnations.





Just don't go there late after dark and even during the day in bright sunny daylight, be aware of your surroundings and keep all your vehicle's doors locked when you roll down the driver's side window.
