In this particular case, the Op had originally written an encounter a couple of days ago using the New Thread tab instead of Submit New Encounter tab, which didn't allow a field for the ROS.

If you will look at the 2 encounters, the month and day on the newest encounter is reversed. I'm sure its a typo, but it is much easier to edit the encounter beforehand than to deny the encounter and have to go thru the process of creating more workload on the admins to have to go back and grant PA after we get it fixed.

Most certainly welcome.

Speaking only for myself, but typically when I post "check pm's" it's because there are usually some specific instructions that I have sent to the member in a pm that needs to be taken and responded back by pm. Nothing top secret, but predominately a method for documentation.

Yes, I get that, and actually figured that.
But it "looks" like the poor guy is getting called out when he's not.
If the mods would write:
OP -- check pm.
You need to supply the correct date for PA.
