I concur. Elara was on P411 for $600. I just checked and she no longer is on P411. P411 rules have changed and I think people are dropping P411 now since Gina states that P411 will become verification only with no shopping after Jan 2019. New internet liability laws suck for our hobby. Scaring a lot of people away from the biz.
