Had a 2 hour sesh yesterday and I had forgotten to turn back the clock in my massage room. We both freaked out thinking it was over time for him to leave (he had to be somewhere at a certain time) and I was sitting there thinking, "There's no way 2 hours just went by!" Thankfully, he realized my mistake right away, lols.

I am confused about when people say this in the Autumn time. I get the Spring, because we lose an hour, which sucks ass come Monday morning, but to gain an extra hour of sleep should help!

I know that I woke up Sunday morning after an extremely busy weekend going non-stop actually feeling refreshed bc I got the extra hour! You also have a whole day to help acclimate where you don't have to go to work as it happens on Saturday night/Sunday morning.
