Seems like a lot of the newer ladies are starting out at $300/hr instead of $200 or even $250. 3-bills seems standard in other cities/states but kinda high for DFW unless you have a strong rep.

Obviously..I'm just curious how many are in it for the long haul and how many are looking to make a quick buck.

Looking at provider boards on reddit and reading a Maggie McNeill article where she mentioned Dallas being "cheap"....I wonder if new girls take that stuff into account (including what ladies charge in other cities) and act accordingly.

$300 used to be borderline "Elite" status, but now looks like standard fare for any slim 20-something you might catch at an Uptown bar. Of course if the clients are willing to pay, who am I to argue lol!
