The more I think about this review, the “stranger” I find it. Posted on the same day as the user’s join date. The phone number is also associated with this link:

The pictures at that link are clearly Sarah, who has previously received less than favorable reviews (gloved HJ anyone). The activities do not match anything reported by anyone who has ever reviewed an “encounter” with Sarah. I’m open to explanation for the OP, but until then, I’m calling BS.
