That's hilarious that you posted THAT exact video since I had watched it last night with a bunch of buddies online. It's 100% true as well and true that in texas only 1 party has to be privy to the fact that the conversation is being recorded for it to be legal to do so. Watch your back everyone and stay safe!

here is warren sapp talking after his arrest for soliciting...he confesses, then is arrested...had he never gone into that room and had gotten an atty it would be different..

AT THE 4 30 MARK WATCH how she gets him to waive his rights, and how smooth they are getting him to confess..

at the 20.00 mark they inform him he s arrested...

at the 33.00 min mark he decides he wants a lawyer..too late !!

I think he was under the impression that his celebrity would let him slide. Plus looks like he was more focused on defending himself against the assault charges, and didn't realize he was confessing to solicitation.

Not even 5 min into the interrogation he admitted a crime. That "dumb" detective got it out of him within what, 6 sentences?

you shouldn't talk to the police, and you should never ever go into an interview room...if they have enough to charge you they will, you cant talk your way out of it..but you CAN beat the charge.."you can beat the charge,but you cant beat the ride "

and that "don't talk to the police" vid is a classic...
