That's why I said at a "bare minimum". I'm NOT trying to promote this as being the "safest route". Think about it this way... a 50 Year old guy that is married for 30 or so years and is HIV negative today, what are the ODDS that he will test positive in a month? WE will never have accurate statistics because of the flawed reporting system. Common sense and intuition has to come into play here.
