I would also offer a couple of questions/observations to consider.

1) it appears that engorgement is not at issue, in which case the "essential plumbing" appears to be working. Which is a good sign imo.

2) is the endorphine release happening? That is the inside feeling of "glow" and "after glow" feelings? If yes, then the "chemicals and chemistry" are working. If not then perhaps some very tender loving care might be applied to help diagnose.

Dry orgasms can be caused by a variety of conditions best diagnosed and if needed treated by your health care professionals.

Yes, we've had this incident occur, and believe me it's just as frustrating to the myself. When I'm set out to do a mission, I have to complete that mission.
Go to your doctor, find an mature lady that you like, inform her of the situation beforehand, and tell her you need special attention.
I don't know about the other ladies, but when I'm informed about the situation, I go in knowing that the hour isn't going to be a hour, and I make sure I have given them the time they need to unload.
I know that's my personal preference, to treat a man who feels less than, like he's more than just a dollar in my pocket, I'm here to provide a brief moment of peace and pleasure, not to criticize or take advantage of someone.

You may also want to get checked for Chlamydia. You maybe asymptomatic and unaware of an infection. Over time this can happen.

Have you experienced tender testicles in the last couple of years? Tender as in slightly sore?
