Yes, anyone downgraded or locked out is not able to access their messages here. I did not have access the day it came back.


There are a lot more managed ladies in this biz than you would think. And these days, it's increased dramatically, with losing the sites. TER was vital in other parts of the country, most won't bother with jumping through so many hoops for the little access it provides now.
