1) Find a woman you are interested in here, whether through a Weekly Update post or a review. Contact her and ask if she is newbie friendly, or tell her you are a newbie and ask what you can do to assure her that you are no legal, physical or financial risk.

2) Check out rubratings.com. (One thing I like about it is that I can exclude all the geographically incompatible Dallas women from view.) Since those are public ads that cater to guys seeking same-day appointments, whatever screening criteria they might have are probably less rigorous than someone who's exclusively on P411 and/or here. Not everyone there does FS, but those for whom it is routinely on the menu include (correct me if I am wrong) Emmy, the Red Table Girls, Dixie, and Jewls Madison. I probably missed a few.
