Savvy providers and hobbyists will get around U.S. law enforcement agencies by going to websites hosted offshore, using VPNs and other means. Those who may not be as savvy or have the resources may have to go back to street walking and cruising. I am all for stopping sex slavery traffic. But IMO, this will all make business more risky and potentially dangerous for American sex workers and clients who are looking for consensual hookups.
