They know there's a difference. They just don't care. It's all about demonizing the entire industry. And even if the government is too dumb to know the difference LE certainly does. And lets remember, LE has limited resources. They can't go after everyone. In regards to trafficking they are going to be selective in what they choose to investigate. Good luck prosecuting trafficking charges where the escort is self employed. I can't believe indies are going to be the focus of their efforts.

The biggest impact will be on low end prostitution. You might want to avoid SW's, anyone pimped or cheap tricks on sites like BP.

sherry DFW, it won't work because the guys here have a need for all the graphic details. That's the problem. Plus they want to know about "menus" etc.

The guys that don't need that stuff stick to P411 already. And that will likely survive with probably only a few tweaks.
