Yes, you want to take care of your regulars. HOWEVER, even that has limits. You can't just up and cancel on folks so close to an appointment just because a regular calls and wants to see you. That's just bad business, unless you are ok just seeing those regulars and nobody else, in which case, you don't take new clients.
