Right and Wrong in the Hobby-How the Heck Did We Get Here?
So I'm wondering how we got here, and if the facts laid out herein make any sense:
The Hobby Activities and Their Descriptors
Cbj: Awful, terrible, "dealbreaker, "BP-level ho-ing," a hobby sin.
Bbbj: Amazing, awesome, "a requirement," righteous, just, "the truth."
Cfs: Proper, safe, good, sane, upscale, sexy, decorous.
Bbfs: Heinous, insane, ghetto, awful, abominable, loathsome, unspeakable, grotesque, monstrous, "wingsuit flying without the wingsuit," an "express flight to Hobby Hell and pariah status," in perpetuity.
That is the question.
Stipulations
Let's stipulate, for the sake of argument, that either the hobbyist is fixed and/or that the provider is fixed and/or on oral birth control. Let's also stipulate, for the sake of argument, that both parties have recent valid papers (i.e. current std tests.)
Collateral Issues
Ok, so, my sabbatical may be over. Or maybe not..
I will post a separate thread at a later date on "Microbiology and the Hobby." Hopefully, all you MDs and other healthcare professionals will weigh in on that thread.
Please stay on topic. Hijacks will be promptly rtm-ed.
Without Further Ado
Who is ready to shoot the first flaming arrow behind enemy lines? Let the games (and the mayhem) begin...

So you wrote this whole thread just to ask when BBFS is ok. Got it.
Also, I find it hilarious that you constantly are threatening to "tell the mods". Just like that one spoiled kid who always has to have his way or he will try and snitch.

^^No sir, it's called fair notice. Prohibitions on thread hijacking are in the rulebook; I just gave a friendly reminder so that no one gets points for an accidental off-topic post.
You can interpret the question as you see fit. But why the double standard in the hobby? It's the combo of required bbbj and cfs that I find perplexing; on BP, it's cbj and cfs as the default, and in Dallas, or so I hear, it's bbbj and bbfs lol. Both are internally consistent, one focused on safety and the other on "fun." (Btw, Cbj has never been a deal-breaker for me personally except in a CW or bng session, although for most hobbyists, it seems to be.)

I think I understand what you're point is. It's a little hard to follow, though (maybe I need more coffee or I'm just dense). I can see how it would look like a double standard to only accept bbbj but be disgusted with bbfs; however, the risks, while inherent with both oral and penetration, are greatly lessened with oral. Fwiw, cbj is never a deal breaker with me but I'm OK with unprotected oral and would never be OK with bbfs for the above reasons.

^ What he said.
This is an interesting topic the OP has brought up for debate, the "morality" of ECCIE.
On a personal level, I enjoy giving BBBJs, but I did a lot of research and risk assessment before I decided to offer uncovered tongue-polishing of shillelaghs. I monitor my health and medical trends, and just reread the CDC stats on STD transference again. There is always danger in the Hobby, so each person has to decide for themselves based on the info available how far to go, and nobody should be crucified for coherent choices made in good faith.
Consenting adults have the right to do what they want as long as they understand the possible repercussions and accept any consequences, and don't involve others inadvertently and/or without knowledge in an elective behavior.
I admit that I used to be very vocal in my aversion to BBFS/CP, but my attitude has changed over time and still continues to morph. I believe in freedom of pleasure. Myself, I choose not to indulge in certain activities based on my comprehension of safety factors, and yes, let's not forget to factor in reputation. Undeniable that cherished patrons would stop seeing me if I cavorted without currently accepted precautions for exploration of the wet Irish lower chasm and/or knowingly played with someone who took the helmet off while diving another ocean, but at the same time, I would lose the same gents for going to CBJ. Quite a dichotomy, and an issue each provider and client has to independently ponder.
There is a market for EVERY taste in the Hobby, so if we are as open-minded as we say, we should be more understanding and less critical of others' concerns and proclivities. Using negative, disparaging terminology to describe common activities that a singular individual may be adverse to can paint a false portrait of the subject for others. Just state the facts and let the eye of the beholder assess the art and amour.
