Friend needs help

Hello, my friend needs help. Her handle is lexistar238 and she created an account early Monday. Her account is activated but she is looking to be set up as a verified member. She sent an email to nola@eccie.net providing all the information requested. She also sent an email for age verification. She is a mature provider so I don’t know if that was needed. She still has not heard back from both of those emails.

Her account is showing “pending age verification”. Typically the admins are very busy with these verifications along with other duties. Give it a couple more days. I’ll try and keep an eye out for the change. We did get the Nola email but can’t proceed until the verification is completed.
