Happy New Year everyone!
I thought I would try to make my first post one that may have not been discussed before, at least that I could find.
But first of all, a line about me. I have been lurking this site for many years. So far I have not had the balls to take the plunge. I have exchanged a few emails with a few of the gals on here recently but our schedules did not meet up as of yet. And honestly I am still quite nervous. Almost like back when going to first base the first time in your life. And I don't know how I can get past that point. I wish there was an easy break in period of some kind. My thought could be way out in left field, but I am curious so here I am. Back to the topic.
Last night, as I was cruising all of the discussions like I have done for so many years, something occurred to me that I have not run across yet. So I went back in the threads looking for this topic. I got all the way back to the Titty Tuesday thread and got hung up on that one for a while. So if there is one before then, I didn't see it
I have seen the good, bad, and the ugly posts over the years. I see how some of the gals are all business. I see how some of the gals appear to have a little more passion in their posts.
While I am still a virgin at this, here is my perception of a lot of the gals on here.
I believe that many of the gals here have what I consider a "bad ass attitude". And by that I mean they have a free spirit, are very comfortable in their own skin, know what they want in life and are not scared to work for that. My view of an attractive girl with a bad ass attitude would be one that isn't scared to turn the radio up on their favorite song and sing it going down the road, wind blowing in their hair. One that can take a joke and dish out a better one. One that can laugh at the petty shit in life and enjoy what makes them happy. In my opinion, one's attitude can far outweigh their personal appearance on the terms of attraction. Obviously physical attraction is real, but a bit off topic here.
So if that truly is the case, I would find it very hard to believe that at least 2 people who have met on here did not end up sparking up a bad ass friendship. And not a paid by the hour friendship, but a "Let's go waste some gas on the Harley" friendship. I know that everyone on here has their own life outside of the boards, and I am sure we have all hit it off with people we met at bars, ball games, and weddings. So why not here?
So basically my question is that. Has there ever been real friendships made from meeting here? Not looking for people to call out names or anything, just in general.
I hope that this does not come across as a creepy stalker type of thing as I have watched many of those on here. Just an honest question to a topic I couldn't find.
Sorry if this has been discussed before. I blame it on Titty Tuesday if so.
