From what I have gathered from reading multiple showcases and asking a few chicks, is this:

1) A QV (Quick Visit) is sex, usually without a blowjob (but if it is included, it's a quick fluff). It's not longer than 15 minutes of her time, and most likely, in only one position (hence the term quick visit).
