The "pending age verification" means the provider has not submitted her ID for verification. When the policy was implemented, many girls never complied with the rule so they lost their verified status until they prove their age. New girls submit their ID directly to the administrators, not mods, and that just depends on when they get to it. Considering the recent holiday I'm sure several admin have been busy with the usual family stuff.
Make sure she sent her ID info to
eccievp.verify@gmail.com and not somewhere else. And make sure she followed the other procedures here -

It also helps if you actually say who you are trying to help and link her profile as well so the mods can look into it. If she hasn't created a profile yet she needs to do that first.
