I am not an expert on Taiwan. I didn't research it anywhere, really, other than a quick search, and I just arrived and had 1+1/2 days before I had to hang out with my "gf".

I went from the airport to Longshan Temple airport with this guy: Robert Huang 0933-910-542. Basically 1k to go anywhere. He helped me quite a bit. He had many pieces of advice, including finding hotels. He suggested that low priced hotels were a danger with police, and that I should do mid or high priced, and to get the best prices to host the girls around the main station (I think MRT).

But, I was too curious about Longshan Temple, since I would only be able to see it one evening--this night--so he drove me there first. Not much action, but I saw mostly older women standing about. He said that it used to be thriving but that the police are cracking down hard on all prostitution, putting them in jail from 1-3 yrs.

I decided to get a hotel in this area, and he just found a really good one. Started at $75/night but I negotiated to $55. Since I arrived after midnight, the guy gave me the room until 4PM the next day. Very fortunate, because I used it to the max. +886 2 2308-1000. Excellent location. Really could not be closer. Nice nice room. Good breakfast. Etc. The guy was surprised when the taxi driver just told the clerk I wanted a prositute, and the clerk said they don't do that. But, it's no problem to bring in a girl.

I hosted one girl (reviewed in other thread) and she just went to the desk, asked for my room, and they called me. I went down, got her, and fucked her. I think no IDs were checked. hmmm. but, she didn't look too young anyways.

So, I went out most of the night from about 3AM until 5AM. There were old ladies scattered around. Sort of big ugly MILF. Taiwanese women don't look good when they age, generally. They would try to get my attention, but didn't approach me much. There were some decent looking ones standing on the corner opposite the MRT station. On the other side of the MRT station, there were some other mothers selling their bodies. A little further were homeless guys.

There were some protistutes waiting in an alleyway but they didn't want a white guy, I think, and wouldn't look. They were they all day and night, waiting.

So, I was going back, and it was now morning. The women were desperate, and two decent ones approached and quoted 1k immediately. Maybe I could have gotten them lower. One spoke good English and nearly pulled me down the road and said "why not now" etc. I went out for her later, but she was gone. I think she'd be a good fuck.

Incidentally, I saw the police harrassing any single girl and breaking up the small groups of prostitutes. They are fighting it.

Alright. So, the Longshan Temple area at night.

There is Snake Alley or whatever. Girls walk there. All over the place there are massage places and spas. Mostly don't look attractive and I don't know what services you actually get and what cost. There is a very big KTV called "OK KTV" past the snake alley. It is open all the time and I don't know the cost, but I've heard of KTV reputations for high cost and good looks. I can't verify. But, in the Xiamen MRT exit, there is the same KTV, with pics of hot young girls, almost like Chinese dolls, on the outside and an inviting entrance. So, I think we know what happens there.

So, there is backpage. Many services. They write you back immediately on Line, WeChat, or WhatsApp. They send you pics according to your specifications and tell you prices. You can negotiate special requests with some of the girls, usually increasing cost by 1k or 2k. The prices can go a little lower, by about 1k. The more you require (BBBJ, BBFS, or anal, or whatever), the more expensive and the less quality looking girls. They will often send another girl, who isn't so good looking, and you are expected to reject girl after girl, until they send you one you will accept. Sounds time consuming.

So, in sum:
1. Longshan street for 1k to 3k cost (cheapest).
2. Longshan parlors, alleyway places, 3k.
3. Massage places start below 1k but I don't know ultimate costs and services.
4. KTV
5. Backpage w/escort services, anywhere between 5k and 30k, depending on quality.
6. Backpage w/freelancers

Backpage all listings are from the same agency most likely, pics are fake. The girls that come to your room are never like the photos. Sometimes you get lucky, but a lot of the times you get 5s and 6s. Price ranges normally from 5-6k, if you want better quality you can try higher, but I never have because I suspect it will be all the same.

Taiwan is not a punters paradise by any means, it is expensive and mediocre. I use some services that require Chinese, and I run into the same problems. Older women generally, 30's to 40s. But services are a bit cheaper, 2-4k.

Some massage places have services, I have never been, but someday will try. You need to go to the right ones, otherwise you may be slapped.

KTVs are / can get expensive and I would not go to there without a local friend.


Freelancers? I have never found one, most say they are, when they text you back, but eventually there is an agent running the show. I have yet to find a real freelancers, but I am still looking, I do not punt that much.

Longshan, never been there, but been hearing the police are busting both when a transaction goes down. I am not familiar what happens to the jon if they get caught with a pro. Law used to target the girls, now, I am not sure.
