Wait Time Scenario B
This is similar to my other wait time question but with some different circumstances. The scenario starts out the same.
Here's the purely hypothetical scenario. Myself and a provider have set a time for incall, which we will hypothetically say is 5:00. We've seen each other multiple times before (so a known quantity) with no problems/nothing out of the ordinary.
5:00 arrives and there's only silence.
Ladies: How long do you wait to hear something before you decide this is a NC/NS?
Gentlemen: For whatever reason you don't make the initial notification (running late and can't say anything, my ever present favorite of devine intervention). How long would you expect the lady above to wait and still be available?
