Ah, but there are grey areas. I don't want the staff being detectives but there also has to be common sense. Alerts are allowed to post phone numbers with some digits redacted. Every review has general location of the provider posted as examples. We always need to err on the side of caution, but posting a first name is hardly worth banning for. Edit the info and point her? Sure. But there was no useful information posted.
