Emailed the week before to set everything up, no issues. Texted and back two days prior, confirmed appointment and time the day of through text. Provided all the necessary information of where I was staying, ensured everything on my end was taken care of. Last text I revived was about four hours before appointment letting me know that basically everything was good to go. Then crickets - absolutely nothing. Tried to call twice, sent several texts, still have not received a reply.
Poor behavior and very unprofessional. A simple text letting me know something came up would have been fine, but nope. I'm not mad, just disappointed at the behavior.
