Providers are ruff on cell phones
btw: did she really drop it, or did jump committing...
She should get a military spec cell. For most last a few years longer.
So in a providers hands 3 to 6 months it should last

I would make a horrible provider...
I have never lost or broken a phone.... and still have my original # from over a dozen years ago....
I do go through "text free" numbers like they are going out of style though. Any credit for that?
