You're body can only physically sense a change in motion (acceleration) not motion itself. Motion itself is only perceived through sight...sounds etc.
So the thousand miles per hour motion can't be felt because there is no acceleration in that direction.
The only accelerations you are subjected to continually are the centrepital slash centrifugal acceleration caused by the circular motion ....and the acceleration due to your mass being attracted to the earth's mass causing your weight. Since your weight is steady and been applied since birth....you've learned to tune it out.
