We had several discussions on this in the dallas forum - most times the guys are eager but fail to show down the stretch. You have to get the fee - or at least 50% as a down payment to ensure guys dont flake.

Need at least one calm person to act as host/security for the ladies - just to keep things cool and fun for all. This works great if SHE is also the camera person.

Some ladies also want more per person than a lot of guys are willing to shell out - most guys at these end up standing around a lot and that aint what you want.

Superhead - did you drop out of the conversation you initiated? Who knows? We might get a small gangbang organized. I think there were about 12 participants the one and only time I participated but it lasted about 3 hr with most of us taking at least 2 rounds. I don't know of many providers that could take a pounding like that. At times she had all three holes occupied. Fond memories!
