No dear, it's not America that impeaches Presidents. Perhaps you haven't heard - we have a House of Representatives and a Senate that do that. Now this is how misinformation starts - think about it.

Article II, Section 4 of the Constitution says, "The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors."

I do not see how the presence of mental illness, assuming he even has one or anyone on here is qualified to examine him and offer an expert opinion, is an impeachable condition in any case.

No one has ever had zero approval rating in a poll, so that is obviously fake news!
