I use dental dams all the time darling. They work very well and many of them have decent flavors. The vanilla is my absolute favorite. It actually tastes like vanilla. Sheer Glyde dams is the brand that I use. While not quite the same as skin-to-skin contact, if you are trying to be safe(which I always am), they are wonderful. I've never tried one on a fella though.
