question regarding right forum

Hi, i'm new to eciee, though i'm not new to hobby. I am an active hobbyist on tnaboard with username 'ramkapoor'. I recently moved to Overland park area. Structure of eciee site looks complex to me and i'm not able to find which area fits with overland park and closer (whether Kansas city metro city or kansas and wichita). Please suggest.
