As far as the kegals, that's an interesting comment. The way to get the Aneros to work (from what I know) is to actually perform kegals with the toy in place. With that being said, I have been "practicing" a lot. In fact, since I have been doing this I find myself contracting those muscles all the time now.

Dale,
I've been watching this topic for awhile and it's a good one. Been wanting to add some comments of my own.
I've used the simple Aneros prostate toy for YEARS and it's my favorite anal toy for men. And I'll share that edging men towards orgasm, and holding off on it, is one of my specialties.
However, I've never seen a man have a hand's free orgasm from a Aneros and I have never known that to be a goal of their products.
About 3 years ago, I was at a sexuality conference up in Virginia and Aneros was one of the sponsors. I really like their products and it was great speaking to their sales rep.
And I sat there and listened to a lot of men speak to this person and no one had that has their goal with these toys.
I can make myself orgasm without touching myself. With men, we've always considered that a ruined orgasm, but that's another topic.
When I've spoken to people who can make themselves climax without touching, there are other ways that accomplish that.
One, sure and use the Aneros ... but start breathing in a certain fashion and use your imagination to take you to an erotic place. Also, not having sex or a release for a very long time helps as well.
In other words, I just don't think that the Aneros was meant to help you achieve a peak without touching, too.
Just my thoughts on it. Again, I really like this topic. Thanks for presenting it!!!
Sincerely,
Elisabeth
