Congratulations to the humiliated Obama - approximately 70 years after General MacArthur liberated the Philippines from Japan, Obama has lost them, lost Russia, and lost the Phillipines. We just lost to a third rate, raggedy ass country like the Phillipines - even they can see Obama is a loser.
