Are customers allowed to rush providers?

I know it's a serious issue with hobbyists when a set appointment is cut short by the provider but is it usually ok for a guy to rush the girl, either in making her see him before she has gotten ready or by saying things like, "I'm kind of in a hurry" in the beginning of the appointment?
I think it's rude on both counts just wondering if I'm alone in this.

This might be a little blunt.

If I provider cuts an appointment short, then she has not rendered services. I book a hour, and donate an hour, then it's not rude to cut the appointment short, it's shorting me.

If a hobbyist says they are in a rush, but still donate for time, then it might be "rude", but not in the same category as shorting you.

Just become a hooker already and quit trying to research us. I don't know why anybody would answer your questions when you've not established yourself as a hooker. All you do is ask fucking questions about the hobby.

If a hobbyist provided you with a donation for an hour but elected to spend less than 60 minutes in your company and allowed you to keep the entire amount, why do you consider that to be rude?
