DMCA notice should take care of it fairly quick. I've helped a few ladies navigate this issue. PornHub responds to DMCA within 24 hours, they are fabulous about it. The smaller sites aren't as quick, but sending a CC of the notice to their webhost generally gets the ball rolling.
