Full Inbox

Someone asked me a question via PM. I tried to answer, but got a message saying my PM wouldn't go through because his inbox is full. I'd like to respond fairly soon (since it's about a BP provider he's thinking of seeing). Will he be notified that he needs to clear out some old messages? Or do I have to post publicly in the hopes that he'll see it?

A system email is sent to the recipient notifying them the messages are not being received anymore. Whether they do anything about it is beyond our control.
