Incorrect Review be warned!!

There was a certain RECENT someone that visited Total Relaxation on Monday and asked for plenty of extras. Stayed 10 minutes OVER his time PAID $60 TOTAL!!! SERIOUSLY??!!! Now granted this individual had a couple of weeks prior came in from out of town to visit with another therapist at the spa buy because of a bad encounter with a previous client who I thought was an Eccie but later found out was indeed not. She could not stay and needed to leave early. She returned the following week only to work 3 days but because of that horrible incident she does not want to work anymore. As far as people staying that you schedule with one and another girl takes the appointment. They are NOT suppose to do that. I need to be informed immediately. However, it was quite hard manage a 2 businesses and school at the same time. I have made changes as of Monday and now there is an office manager. Don't be cheap!!

I hope English Comp is on the schedule for Fall Semester. That's some tough sledding there.

Had a hhr appointment with Nicole today. She showed me to the room and left. Roxy came in to let me know she left and she could take care of me. I left. Nothing wrong with Roxy, just don't do the switcha roos.
