There are a couple ways to go about it.

If the picture you want to insert is on the web, you can click on the icon in your editing interface. That will pop up a dialog box where you insert the URL for the image, and when you post your response the picture will appear there. (If you think about it a bit, you'll realize that this is how I managed to insert the icon into that text there. )

If the picture is on your computer, you can "attach" it to your post by using the "Manage Attachments" button in "Additional Options" under your post editing interface. Just click that button and follow the prompts. That won't insert the picture into the middle of your post, but it will attach it to the bottom of your posting.

Good advice Bluff. The only thing I can add is if you manually inert pic in review make sure they are in the ROS. If you add them after the fact please use private tags.
