The selection is indeed amazing and there are plenty places that offer you BBBJ (just not in the Laufhauses, but you can unofficially find it, just not on a first time visit).
FKKs and private places offer BBBJ and some even BBFS (the better FKK places run a quick health check on you, on certain days for free).... I still wouldn't partake in that, but many do ...

However, certain states in Germany are placing "rules" on BB services. Bavaria already "forbits" BBanything, I was told "Baden-Wuertenberg" rules will go into effect sometimes in 2017.

So get your surfboard over there fast.
