That's great advice though. Not much upsets me. Abusive people upset me. I get angry when I read about a child being abused or killed. I would not go so far as to say I'm controlled by it. It's an emotion. Like happiness or empathy. It's about being balanced. To me, anyway. You may be different. We all are.
