I'm sorry but $15,000 is a microloan. If you've been in business for a year and have a current tax return then it takes less than 48 hours to qualify for such a small loan via a number of reputable channels.

Truthfully if you can't qualify for that then you wouldn't be worth the investment and if you do why bother going elsewhere.

Well if you're offering stock or some other financial instrument over the internet you might need to register your offering with the State Securities Board or they might take objection.
