Default Summer colds :mad4:

I just wanted to take a quick minute to remind all the be diligent about keeping your hands clean, particularly if you work other people and touch common things. I picked up a freaking cold from somebody and had to end up postponing an appointment. Luckily, she was cool about it, and we'll try again later in the week.

Normally, I'm pretty good about keeping my hands clean and not touching my face and eyes while working. Apparently I got caught slipping, and here I am, fighting nasal drip and watery eyes and shit. Actually had to take a day off work, too (no point in continuing the cycle).

If you have a cold, even though overall you may feel pretty good (minus a runny nose, sneezing, watery eyes, etc), technically, you're 'sick', and should keep away from people, for at least one whole day.

So, use hand sanitizer, keep your hands out of your face, and if you're fucking sick, stay your punk ass home.

Neti pot sux rocks, even if it's better than wonder medications. You'll hate it and you'll love it. Eucalyptus essential oil diffuser, Lavendar epsom salt bath and you can add a few drops of the eucalyptus oil as well, hot as you can stand the water, soak 20 mins.....you'll sleep like you haven't slept since you were a kid. Feel better soon.

Coming around pretty good. Feel about 90%. Should be good to go by tomorrow.

Gotta start keeping some dang hand sanitizer on me now, and use it religiously, because I hate the feeling I've had the last couple days. Damn colds! I'd rather have a sprained ankle than this again.
