Pardon me Staff members, it is my understanding, from reading several threads, that I can upload attachments from the CP. However, when I click Attachments, a screen appears telling me I have no attachments. Duh, I know that but it does not give me an option to upload any. Is this a technical problem? How do I upload an attachment if it does not give me an option to do so?

Do you have a Choose File button next to the No File Elected message? If you do, then click on it and choose a file from your computer.

If it does not appear after your browser is done loading, then I suggest clearing our cookies, logging in and trying it again.

You are misinformed.

Going to Attachments in your User CP is for managing your attachments that are already uploaded to the system. It is not for uploading new ones.

To upload an attachment to a post you do it when creating the post when you are starting a new thread or replying (not Quick Reply) to an existing thread. In the page where you compose your post there is a Manage Attachments button. Using that button will present you with a window where you can select and upload files as attachments for that post.

Thank you gentlemen for that clarification. I shall try again.
