The truth is there's no safe place to do inherently unsafe things. The same people that will hurt you or rip you off on BP also have accounts elsewhere. They may play their game a bit differently across platforms but it's the same people.

Hey, dumbass newbie! Learn to read! I didn't say that Eccie is a Magic Kingdom with no risks. But, AS I SAID, if a hobbyist sees Eccie VERIFIED providers, his risk of danger will be substantially reduced.

You committed a misdemeanor; she committed at least two felonies ("real" crimes) unless it was a super cheap B&G; then the theft may have been under the felony limit. Impersonation of an officer with criminal intent is definitely a felony.

If the cops are involved you find out when the door busts open and they plant you face first on the carpet. Well reviewed and verified providers are " less " likely to have problems with either rip offs or LE.
