I could be wrong but donating organs for money is classically considered unethical. Taking advantage of the poor or down on their luck and all. Otherwise you'd see people donating parts of their liver or a kidney for money, so I don't understand how he got paid for that unless they messed up and paid him a settlement. Not saying it not true the article. did not go into much detail about, but there has to be something more going on
