Providers with vague ads

I really wish ladies would be more specific as to what services they offer in their ads. Sometimes we fellas can get mixed messages or just simply have the wrong interpretation of pictures. Take for example this posting from BP. Yes I know, BP, but sometimes I get bored and like to look; I digress.


Now clearly in her ad she says nothing about the purpose of the knife so we are left to speculate.
A. Is the knife there because she doesn't trust the photographer?
B. Is the knife there to let Johns know she will cut you if you try anything?
C. Is the knife there to let you know that she also performs circumcisions during her sessions?
