Default problem with Internet explorer

Almost every time opening up a new webpage from Explorer, the new page will say that it is having a problem loading the page, and a small box pops up. You can press cancel
on that box, but it will return, and eventually stop loading the new page.

Any fix or suggestions ?

I find Firefox works best for this site. (On my Toshiba laptop, Dell and HP desk computers, anyway.) If you are using a mobile device, Puffin, Firefox, Chrome, Dolphin.

When you install it, just make it your default browser

That little box that keeps popping up sounds like it might be a script for a bug. Normally viruses or maleware tries to re-open the page multiple times. If you try this:

Close all Internet Explorer and Windows Explorer windows that are currently open.
Reopen Internet Explorer.
Click the Tools button, and then click Internet options.
Click the Advanced tab, and then click Reset. ...
In the Reset Internet Explorer Settings dialog box, click Reset.

It might clear the box. But I agree on using google chrome. I would also advise downloading this: malwarebytes. Its free and removes most buggy stuff. Good luck.

I've always used Firefox on my PC.
But found that Chrome works better on my mobile devices.
I don't know why that is.

Sounds like Malware, do you have an antivirus/malware tool to check for this? Also look at what add-ins are installed and your application install history. Sometimes you can download "helper" programs and they change defaults on I.E.
